At Tods & Tweens, your little one’s happiness is our priority. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum spend required!

🚚 Delivery Locations

  • We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2 – 4 working days.

  • Other Areas: 3 – 7 working days depending on location.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🛒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel.

📦 Damaged / Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
